Accommodation supply

Connected accommodation suppliers let you sell hotels beyond the properties you manage directly. Adrasis asks the supplier for the current price and available rooms, then sends the selected stay to that supplier for confirmation. For example, an Istanbul search can include your contracted hotels and hotels offered by a connected supplier.

Your organization holds the supplier agreement. Available payment methods and selling rights depend on that agreement and the connection's setup.

Manage suppliers and their hotels

Open Connectivity, then Supply sources. In Suppliers, open a connection to review its terms and latest connection test. The credit line shown in the terms is recorded information, not a live available balance. For an on-account booking, the supplier decides whether your agreement allows the purchase.

The terms also show Online booking. When it is on, you can book the supplier's offers. When it is off, prices are shown and nothing is booked: each offer reads This room cannot be booked online right now and is listed below the offers you can book. Adrasis sets this switch for the supplier connection; you cannot change it on the terms page.

The Last successful request column shows when the supplier last answered. Test connection sends one search to the supplier, which counts against your search allowance; a flight supplier's test only signs in and reads the account.

In Supplier hotels, filter by name, destination, supplier or sale status. Closing a hotel removes it from new supplier searches for your organization. A hotel you already sell as managed supply keeps its external sale switch locked closed; use your own property record for that hotel.

Last seen price is a price from an earlier search. Search with the actual dates and guests before quoting a customer. If a supplier is matched to the wrong hotel, choose Report wrong match and explain the difference. The catalog team reviews the report; reporting alone does not change or close the match. Close the hotel's external sale separately if you need to stop offering it while it is reviewed.

What you see What it means
Initial results Properties already managed in Adrasis are shown first. Connected supplier offers can arrive afterward.
Search still running More results may arrive. An unfinished supplier search does not mean it has no availability.
Updated results New supplier offers are added to the same list. When the same hotel is already part of your managed supply, that managed record takes precedence.
Supply source in Console External offers are marked separately. Supplier names, net prices and margins are visible only to users allowed to view supplier connections. Guest-facing storefront results do not expose supplier names.

Catalog matching identifies the hotel; it does not guarantee that the supplier has a room for the requested dates. Open the offer to check its room, meal plan, price and cancellation terms.

Price and payment

A markup can apply to eligible offers paid online. For example, a 100 EUR supplier price with a 20% markup becomes 120 EUR for the guest. A pay-at-property offer keeps the supplier's price; the same markup is not added to it. You set the markup under Distribution > My Pricing: choose New rule, then the supplier.

Collection method What to check
Pay online The current guest total and your separate payment arrangement with the supplier.
Pay at the property The amount due at the property and any required guarantee card.
Virtual card for the supplier An eligible issuing account and card vault must be configured. The shop requests the card after collecting the guest payment. A Console booking requests it when the operator confirms, without first charging the guest.

Guest collection and supplier confirmation are separate events. Follow the booking's result even after payment succeeds. See Online shop bookings and Virtual cards.

For a Console booking, your confirmation buys the stay using your organization's supplier agreement. It does not charge the guest. Follow the guest's payment obligation on the booking separately.

Confirm and follow the stay

  1. Review the selected offer

Use the actual adults and child ages. Review the room, meal plan and cancellation terms, and supply nationality when the offer requires it.

  2. Accept any updated terms

The supplier checks the offer again before booking. If its price or meal plan changes, review the new terms before continuing. A sold-out or expired offer needs a new selection.

  3. Read the booking result

Follow the required payment steps and check whether the supplier confirmed the stay or is still processing it. Keep the existing booking reference when investigating an uncertain result.

A pending supplier answer is not a confirmed stay. Do not submit another booking just because the first answer is delayed. If the supplier refuses a stay after guest collection, the refund is initiated; follow its status separately before treating the money as returned.

For a new external stay, the booking number shown in Console is also sent to the supplier as your booking reference. For example, you can give reference 1234567890 when asking the supplier about that booking. The supplier's own booking number is kept separately and may differ. Existing bookings retain the reference originally sent.

Cancellation follows the selected supplier offer's terms. A pending cancellation remains pending until its outcome is confirmed. Check both the booking status and the related money movements.
