Hotel comparison sites and business sales platforms query your properties' rates and availability. For example, a comparison site can show a visitor prices for the same stay from several sales channels.
Connection scope
These systems request current prices for many properties. Data formats and update frequency may differ by connection. A price query does not change room counts.
Check Connectors for connections available to your organization. New connections become available after the required tests and configuration.
Setup
- Enable the connector for your organization.
- Save the credentials.
- Connect the properties to display.
- Review room, rate-plan and meal-plan mappings.
- Choose the rate plans to show on the channel.
For example, keep a members-only plan off a comparison site while offering a public refundable plan.
Completing a booking
The price-display connection and booking connection may be separate:
- The visitor completes the booking on the channel's booking page. The booking reaches Adrasis through the connection configured for that channel.
- The visitor is directed to your booking page and completes the booking there.
The method depends on the connection's agreement and configuration. Track resulting bookings in the relevant booking screen.
Daily checks
