Adrasis Usage Credits is a special credit program Adrasis offers travel agencies and tour operators. While your organization is in the program, your booking service fees, platform card vault charges, Adrasis AI Operator usage and token packs, and the agent fees of your AI Agents are paid from your usage credit. You do not repay the credit, and you pay nothing for the charges it covers.

How credit is used
Credit is applied when a month's statement closes. While credit is available, the AI Operator and AI Agents can use it beyond the included AI Operator usage without a token pack, and you can activate an AI Agent without buying a token pack first.
On Standard and Pro, credit comes before your usage balance. Your annual usage balance is only used for what credit did not cover, so the two are never deducted for the same charge.
A cancellation or correction recorded after a month has closed does not return credit that month used.
Review your credit
The Usage Credits panel in Insights and on the AI Operator's Usage and packs tab shows what is left, what this month has used so far and when the credit expires. The panel appears only while your organization has credit. The monthly accrual statement shows the credit line for each closed month.
