Your plan sets an annual usage budget in USD. You fund it upfront, and booking service fees are calculated monthly and deducted from your balance. There is no monthly minimum deduction.

Plans

Plan Annual usage budget Booking service rate
Standard USD 6,000 2%
Pro USD 12,000 1%
Enterprise Agreed quote Agreed quote

Prices apply to your organization, not to each user. The full annual amount is due upfront. USD 500 for Standard and USD 1,000 for Pro are monthly equivalents for comparison, not monthly payment options or additional charges. Applicable taxes and separately purchased services are stated in your order form.

Annual funding is consumed by usage. Unused credit expires at the annual end, including top-ups.

How the balance works

For example, Standard starts with a paid balance of USD 6,000. USD 100,000 of eligible booking value produces a 2% service fee of USD 2,000. After that month closes, the remaining balance is USD 4,000. The USD 2,000 is covered by the prepaid balance; it is not collected a second time.

The annual balance is shared across the service year. A month without eligible usage has no usage deduction. The annual budget does not cap service fees. Your plan's rate continues to apply after the balance is consumed. Fees not covered by the balance are invoiced separately and paid through additional USD funding. A balance entry does not authorize a card charge or change the price your traveler pays.

For example, USD 2,000,000 in eligible annual booking value on Pro produces USD 20,000 in service fees at 1%. Your USD 12,000 prepayment is part of that total. With no other payments or adjustments, the remaining USD 8,000 is invoiced separately.

All unused credit expires at the annual term end without rollover or automatic refund. Additional payments use that same expiry date. Renewal creates a new, independently funded annual term. Review the start and end dates before payment.

Booking service fees

Standard and Pro use a percentage of eligible confirmed booking value: 2% and 1%, respectively. These rates equal 200 and 100 basis points, where 100 basis points means 1%. Booking value is the recorded selling amount of eligible items, not your margin or cash collected from a traveler. The percentage fee accrues when an eligible booking is confirmed; it does not wait for traveler payment or accommodation checkout. Accepted value changes and cancellations adjust the original service charge.

Bookings retain their own currencies. The software-service fee is converted to USD at monthly close using the platform's currency provider. The rate and source amount are recorded with that deduction. Accepted reversals reuse the original conversion and restore credit to the original annual term. Credit restored after its expiry remains expired.

Enterprise can instead quote a fee per booking: USD 1 for each confirmed booking, or USD 2 for a package that holds accommodation and at least one other product, such as a transfer or a tour. A three-room, five-night hotel booking is USD 1; the same booking with an airport transfer is USD 2. A cancellation returns the fee; a no-show keeps it. This option is available only through an explicit Enterprise agreement. Exactly one basis applies; the other can appear in Insights as Comparison only.

Enterprise

Enterprise terms reflect team size, search and booking activity, connections, integrations and support needs. These criteria apply to travel agencies, online travel agencies and tour operators. Approximate volumes are enough to begin an Enterprise quote.

Included capacity and additional services

Your order form specifies included search volume, production API partners, request limits, and support. Monthly bookings and peak-season demand help size the service; a booking forecast is not a separate fee or an automatic booking cap. Search limits state the counting period, sustained request rate, permitted bursts, and maximum concurrent requests. Your order form identifies the units and prices of any additional capacity you purchase. Registering a contact or rotating an access key does not create a new paid partner relationship.

For Partner API access, check the covered operations, account scope, and time window in your connection terms. Several operations can share an account's request allowance; additional credentials or profiles do not add capacity. Use Insights to review observed channel traffic, errors, and trends as your network grows. Discuss a change with your Adrasis contact before expanding traffic. See Partner API request limits for the connection details. External providers apply their own limits.

An agreed look-to-book policy measures eligible searches against unique confirmed bookings for the same organization and period. A search allowance and a ratio allowance do not create two charges for the same search. The existing operational indicators in Insights are not an automatic excess-usage tariff.

Adrasis AI Operator usage is included at no additional charge within your daily and monthly allowances. When an allowance runs out, an administrator of your organization can buy an optional token pack in the Console. The price is shown before confirmation, the pack is valid until the end of the calendar month (UTC), and its price appears on your monthly accrual statement with your other amounts. Unused pack units lapse at month end. There is no automatic overage charge. Read Choosing the model for the usage limits and token packs.

AI Agents

AI Agents have a monthly fee per active agent. AI usage is charged separately through token packs from the first run, without using the AI Operator's included allowance. The agent's spending limit covers AI usage only. Review both the fee and estimated usage on the activation screen.

Adrasis can also grant Adrasis Usage Credits, which pay these charges and your booking service fees before your usage balance.

Third-party provider charges

External channel managers, supply partners, sales channels and advertising providers set their own charges. Your agreement with that provider identifies the payer, currency, taxes and invoice issuer. Those amounts are separate from your Adrasis usage balance. Connecting a provider does not add an automatic Adrasis surcharge or markup. Additional Adrasis integration work requires its own accepted scope and price.

Review your balance

The annual usage balance in Console and Insights separates the annual commitment, confirmed payments, closed monthly usage, available credit, amount due and expired credit. Open-month usage has not yet been deducted. Adrasis administrators record received USD payments using their receipt reference. Creating a term or signing an agreement does not mark it paid.

A closed usage statement is not a statutory invoice or a payment receipt. Confirm the invoice and received-payment evidence separately.
