Selling as a sub-agency

After you accept another organization's sub-agency request and it activates the relationship, you can sell the products it opens to you. You search and book from your own login, with no separate account or special token. The price you receive is the final amount you owe for the product, and every booking is recorded with the product's owner.

Review requests in Sales Network. Under Sub-agency requests, check the supplier and source market, then choose Accept. The supplier can activate the relationship after you accept. For example, accepting a supplier's request for Hotel Sunrise does not by itself make its rooms available to sell.

Where you sell

You sell the products you have been given from the Console. You sign in to Adrasis as your own organization, and your sub-agency relationships resolve from who you are, with no extra header or key. A destination search on the New booking screen lists every product you may sell in that place, your own properties and your providers' products together, each with its payable total. You open a product's rooms and book as usual. See New booking.

Your online shop and the partner API carry your own properties only. Your web, iOS and Android shop lists your own properties and the hotels your connected suppliers price, never a provider's products. An API partner you add under Connectivity, then Sales channels and API partners reaches the properties in its Open properties list, and that list also holds only your own properties. For example, a provider's Marina Resort appears on your New booking list but not in your shop.

One blended list

If more than one organization has added you as a sub-agency, a single search returns everything you may sell: your own properties and every provider's products in one list, each line priced under the relationship it came from. You do not pick a provider first; you search across all of them at once. On the Console list, the supply source filter narrows the list to your own properties or to the providers you choose, with a count for each.

Each product belongs to exactly one owner, so the system always knows which relationship priced a line and where a booking belongs, even though you see one combined list.

Packages with a provider's flights and tours

A provider can also open its charter flights and tours to you. You sell them inside a package only: on Bookings, choose Package and pick the services. The flight and tour lists show your own services and the ones your providers opened to you, each opened service with its provider's name, for example FB 301, IST - BJV · Blue Coast Tours.

  • One provider per package. Combine one provider's property, its outbound and return flights and its tours, or flights and a tour with no stay. A package does not mix a provider's services with your own or with another provider's.
  • The provider's seats, your account. The package is booked under the provider, each flight takes its seats from the provider's seat block, and the package's payable total is charged once to your account with that provider. Cancelling an item gives back its seats and its charge.
  • You are the organiser. You chose the services, so your own package travel profile applies.
  • Not sold alone. A provider's flight or tour is not sold outside a package.

A refused package holds nothing. A package above the amount available on your account, on a suspended account, or with a service that sold out or is no longer opened to you is refused whole: no seat is held and nothing is charged. Search again, or talk to the provider about your account.

What you see, and what you do not

  • You receive one payable total. The provider's source amount, commercial model, commission, markup and floor price are not exposed as a breakdown, in search, booking or availability checks.
  • You set your own retail price. You may apply your own retail markup to that payable total under either source model. What you charge your customer stays private from the provider.
  • Your markup and the customer price appear only in the Console. On the New booking list, a provider's product shows the payable total as its headline and sorts on it. A line beneath it, marked as Console-only, adds the provider, your own markup and the customer price: Marina Resort, 2 nights: Bodrum Travel · payable 380 EUR · your markup 38 EUR · customer price 418 EUR.
  • You do not manage markets or pricing. The provider configures which products you get and at what price. You search, quote and book.

Your bookings

A booking you make is recorded under the product's owner, who holds the inventory, with your sub-agency relationship attached. You can see the payable snapshot and your own retail layer, but not the provider's upstream commercial composition. Cancellations and changes follow the provider's policy for that product.

For an instant-confirm sale, collecting the required guest payment confirms the booking under the product's owner. Your receipt does not pay the owner's separate receivable. For example, collecting 12000 TRY on a 10000 TRY supplier price leaves your 2000 TRY markup and the supplier payment distinct. A genuine request-to-book still needs the property's acceptance. See Booking money flow.

Your account with a provider

A provider can keep an account for you with a credit limit, money you paid in advance and due days. You see it on the provider's page under Sales Network, in the Account tab: the balance, the available amount, anything overdue and the statement, which you can export. When you book one of its products on New booking, the screen shows the amount still available on your account. A booking above it is refused before any room is held; talk to the provider about a payment or the limit. See Sub-agency account.
