Adrasis AI Operator

Channels

Adrasis AI Operator meets you where you already work, chat inside the Console, email, WhatsApp, SMS. You decide which to use moment by moment; the AI Operator prepares the same kind of operation regardless of where the request starts.

Chat

In-Console · daily driver

Use the conversation panel while working in Console. The AI Operator follows the previous messages, so you can refer to the property or operation you just discussed.

  • "Show me Hotel Sunrise rate plans below USD 80 for May."
  • "Find every property in Antalya that is missing a main image."
  • "Draft a 15% weekend discount for the EU member rate plans."
  • "Now do the same for Hotel Sea Breeze."

Review each proposed change before approving it with the card or a clear confirm message. Written approval requires one waiting change, or changes prepared together in one response, with readable previews and the same permission as the button. Changes from separate requests need their own cards. See Confirm-before-apply.

Keep a conversation

Pin a conversation from the conversation list to keep it at the top and prevent it from expiring. You can pin up to 20 conversations. Unpinning returns it to the usual expiry rules; it does not delete it immediately. Pin the conversation about Hotel Sunrise’s summer contract so you can return to the agreed details.

What chat is best at:

  • Bulk operations. "Stop-sale rooms 12, 14, 16 from June 1 to 8", 3 rooms × 8 nights = 24 room-and-date selections in one preview. Choose Confirm to close the selected rooms for those dates.
  • Multi-step workflows. "Find properties without images and queue them for content review", find, filter, batch action, in one go.
  • Quick exploration. Shaped data instead of a screen to interpret.
  • Related tasks. Ask for a price change and specify which guests and sales channels it should apply to.

Email

Intent in only

Forward what already arrived in your inbox. The AI Operator reads it, identifies the requested change, and prepares the operation. Replies happen in the Console, not back to the email thread.

  • Forward a promo email to your organization's AI Operator inbox. The AI Operator picks out the rate, dates and properties, and drafts the promotion.
  • Forward a contract for a new supplier. The AI Operator extracts parties, allotments and markup terms, and prepares a setup draft.
  • Paste an email body directly into chat instead of forwarding, same outcome.

Email is one-way. You forward in, the AI Operator prepares the operation, and you confirm it in the Console. The AI Operator never replies to the original email thread.

WhatsApp

Off-desk

When you are not at your desk, WhatsApp keeps you moving. Your WhatsApp number is bound once. From then on, WhatsApp behaves like chat, same tools, same preview and approval pattern.

  • "Stop-sale Hotel Sunrise tonight."
  • "Any failed channel pushes in the last hour?"
  • A voice note of up to one minute, read as if you had typed it.
  • A photo of a price list, or a PDF, Excel, Word or text file of up to 2 MB, with your question as the caption.

A sticker, a reaction or a message of only emoji gets no reply. A longer voice note, a larger file, a video or a forwarded audio file gets a short note saying what to send instead.

  • "1" / "Approve" or "2" / "Reject": your answer to the approval request the AI Operator just sent you.

Your answer goes to the message it replies to. On WhatsApp, "1" or "Approve" answers the last message the AI Operator sent you, or the message you reply to directly. When that message is an approval request, only that operation runs. When it is a list of options, "1" picks the first option and approves nothing. Each approval request covers one operation, so a job with several changes asks for them one at a time.

SMS

Approval-only · narrowest channel

SMS is intentionally narrow. Two patterns:

  • Outbound alerts. A payment payment dispute opens. A rate distribution fails. A contract expires next week. The AI Operator reaches you wherever you are.
  • Inbound approvals. When an operation needs your green light and you are not in the Console, an SMS with a short reply token (YES <code> / NO <code>) lets you approve from any phone.

Approval codes are scoped, single-use and time-limited. A code lets you approve exactly one specific operation the AI Operator staged for you. You cannot reuse a code, and it expires after a short window.

What stays the same across channels

  • It is still your organization's data. The AI Operator never reaches across organization boundaries.
  • It is still the same workflow. Requests, previews, approvals, and results appear in the same product views.
  • It is still clear. The AI Operator responds in the language used for the request, including the confirmation prompt.
